Just an hour outside of DC, where the city turns to country, a beautiful farm atop a hill is where Quentin and Grant celebrated their union. The day was filled with giant smiles and tears of joy. It was hot, but so so beautiful. Quentin arranged all of the flowers himself, and they reflected the couple perfectly: colorful, vibrant and fun! The ceremony was outside on a hill, under the floral archway which hung sentimental crystals from its center. Following the ceremony they hugged every one of their guests and thanked them for attending - something I had never seen before and really enjoyed witnessing. Cocktails and snacks were served as people explored the carriage house, dance floor, pool and fire pit on the property. Dinner was served under a tent as the guests sat at long farm tables adorned with more color flowers. The evening was filled with laughter, hugs, dancing and s’mores. As always, I feel honored to have the opportunity to document such a special day in these two people’s lives. Forever dreams of these two as boys, they never believed they would have the ability to wed as men. It was a very glorious day.
